Department of Administrative Affairs

The Department of Administrative Affairs (DAA) is in charge of communicating, liaising, and mediating with Loyola Schools and University administrators. The department bridges the concerns of the student body to the administration while maintaining a harmonious relationship with the concerned stakeholders. DAA is also tasked to communicate with both upcoming and accredited Loyola Schools sectors and provide assistance with their sectoral concerns.

Unit Projects

Beadle Orientation

Beadles play an important role in maintaining a harmonious relationship between and among students and their professors. With this, the department organizes an orientation for all beadles to help them get a deeper understanding of their role – the history of beadleship, the expectations upon them, and the other important reminders that they have to take note of given the assumption of their role.

#AskLS Forum

In preparation for each semester, the department organizes the #AskLS Forum where students’ questions can be answered directly pertinent LS administrators. This provides a clearer background on what students can expect for the upcoming semester.
