Organization Develeopment

The Organizational Development division seeks ways to better align the direction of the Office of the Vice President to its advocacies through reviewing existing systems and processes. Upon instruction, these deputies implement more efficient processes, relaying it to the different units, and pursue strategies to develop the leadership capabilities of its members through data-driven initiatives.
