Internals and Member Development

The Internals and Member Development (IMD) Unit is considered as the Human Resources arm of the Sanggunian. The Unit is responsible for creating policies, procedures, and programs that aim to maintain a healthy working environment for Sanggu members as well as provide opportunities for member development during their stay in the organization.
