Department of Budget and Management

The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) is a unit under the Office of the President that is responsible for managing the cash inflows and outflows of the entire Sanggunian. DBM is also responsible for all transactions in processing, documenting and updating activities towards departments, commissions, schools and sectors. Additionally, the unit coordinates with the Office of Student Activities (OSA) for the submission of transactions and disbursements of funds.
